Tell us which image you want, which tile to use, and what overall size to make it. We will email back a price quote, including a shipping cost estimate, with an estimated date for delivery.
Choose the artwork you want for your mural project. If you want to use your own image attach it to an email with a completed copy of our Copyright Release Form to orders@lococoart-tile.com. The copyright release form simply declares that you have secured the copyright privileges for the image you wish to print. If you wish to use an image from our Image Gallery a copyright release is not necessary. Simply identify the image you would like to use.See our Tiles pages for information about our tile selection and prices. See our Services & Fees chart for rates on in-house digital imaging services. We’ll send you an email acknowledging the receipt along with a cost statement and estimate for delivery.
Determine the overall size of the mural and the size of the individual tiles to be used. See the mural setup information page for guidelines. To calculate the price of the mural simply determine how many tiles will be required then multiply the number of tiles by the price of individual tiles from our price list. There is an additional mural setup fee which covers the preparation of the artwork. See the Mural Samples page for examples of typical mural prices. We’ll send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order along with a cost statement for setup, printing, materials, and shipping plus an estimated timeline for delivery.
If you cannot find an image you like in our galleries, please note: we have many images available that are not displayed on the site. If you’re looking for a particular artist or you’re looking for a specific artwork to reproduce, send us an email with the details. We will search for the image and let you know if it’s available.
We accept digital images for printing on tile. You may email or FTP transfer the image to us along with your order. There’s more information about digital images and mural tile printing on our Photo Tips page. For murals, digital images will need intermediate processing to increase the file resolution and sharpness unless they were scanned or captured professionally. See the mural information page for guidelines about available mural sizes and the process of mural setup.
If you have an original artwork or photographic print that you want printed on tile, send it via USPS mail and we will scan it for you. There is a nominal fee for scanning and color correction. See our chart of image scanning and processing fees below. If you want cropping please indicate with a tissue overlay. Hard copy images sent in for scanning will be returned with your order but you may want to consider having your image digitized to CD at a local photo center rather than mailing us your original. If you do send us original art, be sure to insure it because, as we all know, strange things can happen with the mail.

For murals larger than 24” x 24” $0.75 per mb
Files up to 700mb (capacity of one CD): $3.00 per CD
Files larger than 700mb: $5.00 per DVD
Color correction, color adjustment, size interpolation, & spotting: $50.00 per hour
Layout, borders, and typography, etc.: $50.00 per hour ($12.50 minimum)
Art to spec, image compositing, repainting, touch-ups, etc.: fees based on a per-project rate*.
